The Junk Removal Company Rhode Island Has Called Since 2020
Phoenix Junk Removal started with one truck and one man. We are still small enough that the owner writes your quote, and big enough to bring three trucks when a six-family building needs emptying.

We Work in Spanish and English
Rhode Island has plenty of junk removal companies. Very few of them will do this in Spanish.
English
A real part of our work happens in Spanish. Quotes, scheduling, the conversation on the day, all of it.
If English is not the language you want to sort this out in, call and say so. You will not be handed to someone else or asked to find a family member to translate.
Where it goes
What Happens After We Load It
Most of what comes off a truck does not need to go in a hole in the ground.
Donated
Furniture in usable condition goes to shelters in Providence and to Habitat for Humanity Rhode Island. If something in your pile is worth passing on, we will tell you before it gets loaded.
Recycled
Metal, clean wood, cardboard and electronics get sorted and taken to the right facility. Yard waste goes to composting rather than landfill.
Disposed of properly
What is left goes to licensed transfer stations. Mattresses and freon appliances follow Rhode Island’s own disposal rules, which is why they carry their own fee.
What Our Licence Actually Covers You For
Rhode Island
Waste Hauler Licence
Held by Phoenix Junk Removal. Insurance carried alongside it.
In practice that means two things for you. Your junk goes to a facility legally permitted to take it, so it does not end up dumped somewhere it becomes your problem.
And if something gets damaged carrying a sofa down your stairs, you are covered.
Plenty of people in this trade work out of a pickup with neither. Ask anyone quoting you for both before they load anything.
