Construction Debris Removal Rhode Island Contractors Rely On
The Material Most Haulers Turn Down
Renovation makes a particular kind of mess. Heavy, sharp, and too much of it for a skip you already filled. Plenty of junk removal companies will not take concrete, will not take roofing, and will not come back twice.
We work with general contractors, roofers, remodellers and homeowners doing their own work. Marc at Ventura Fix and Finish uses us on an ongoing basis. Luke’s construction company books us regularly rather than job by job.
What We Clear From a Site
- Drywall and plaster
- Concrete, brick and masonry
- Tile, flooring and carpet
- Fencing and decking
- Demolition waste
- Lumber and offcuts
- Roofing material and shingles
- Windows, doors and cabinetry
- Scrap metal
- General site rubbish and packaging
Light Demolition and Removal
We take structures down as well as haul them away. Decks, sheds, fencing, interior walls, and old cabinetry before a fit-out.
You get one crew and one price for the demolition and the disposal rather than coordinating two trades.
Standing Slots on Live Sites
On a long job, waste piles up faster than a single pickup handles. We set a recurring slot, weekly or whatever the build needs, so the site stays clear and your crew is not working around a heap.
Sorted material gets recycled where it is worth doing. Clean wood, metal and concrete are diverted rather than landfilled, which brings the disposal cost down.
Businesses needing paperwork for this can ask for a certificate of disposal.
What Construction Debris Removal Costs
Weight matters more here than on any other job. A load of concrete and a load of drywall take up the same space and cost different money.
Access on a live site matters too, and so does whether we are sorting material or taking it as it lies. Recurring work is priced differently from one-off pickups, so tell us which you need.

Common questions
Site Cleanup, Answered
How do I get a price for construction debris removal?
Call us or send a photo of the pile. Tell us what the material is, because weight drives the price on site work more than volume does. For recurring service we will price the slot rather than the load.
Will you take concrete and brick?
Yes. Heavy material is priced separately from general debris because of the weight, and we will tell you that upfront rather than at the end.
Do you do the demolition as well as the haulage?
Decks, sheds, fencing, interior walls and cabinetry, yes. Anything structural or requiring a permit, no. Ask before you book and we will be straight about which side of the line your job sits.
Can you come back every week while the job runs?
Yes. Recurring site service is a standing booking rather than a series of calls. Tell us the build schedule and we will fit around it.
Do you provide paperwork for disposal?
Yes, on request. Contractors and businesses needing a certificate of disposal for their records should ask when booking.
